Well, I think it was our coldest night so far... But I'll have a real bed with a roof above my head for the next few days, so it's ok.
Since we don't have anywhere to go today, we took our time getting ready and pack everything in the car for the last time.
We went to the hostel me and the two other girls are staying at to drop of our bags, and I went with the guy to the garage, helping him a bit since he is struggling with his english.
After that, I went back to the hostel, checked in and went for a run, needed to clear my head a bit after yesterday events.
I met the girls later on to go watch the sunset from a lookout in the city and met with our last travelmate for one last diner together.
The two girls are leaving in the morning for the east coast. I'll miss them, we had a good time together! I'm supposed to keep going with the guy all the way to Darwin, but I'm starting to have some doubt. He is really nice, but I'm starting to have enough of him, we don't really see the whole road trip thing the same way and I'm starting to become a bit impatient when having to deal with him. I think the tire thing had been the one thing too much... I'm not feeling too good, I'm not that kind of person that say I'm doing something and let you down last minute, but this time I have to be and I feel bad about it. But this is my trip, my dream and I don't want to keep going in a way that I don't feel a 100% comfortable and happy about.
So change of plan. I'll be flying on the 24th to Darwin, and trying to find someone to visit the two national park I want to see from there. Will see how it goes, but I'm ready to start the next step of my trip in a more positive way :)

Don't feel like doing to much this morning, enjoying a bit my comfi and warm bed :).
Met the girls at breakfast and hang out with them until they have to leave for the airport.
After that, well, don't really know what I want to do... So I went in the city center to take a look at the different shops, lots of aboriginal arts.
I kept walking around and ended up in the block where there is the Pioneer Women's Hall of Fame, the Royal Flying Doctors Service museum and the Reptile centre. I love reptile so I went in to take a look at the locals.
Back to the hostel, I went for a run and quiet evening, updating my blog ;)

Wanted to bring that little guy home, so cute :) |
I was wondering why those two were looking at the wall, until I understood they're having lunch!! |
Last day (finally!!) in Alice Spring. Still not feeling a 100% ok, I don't want to do anything...
I saw yesterday that the didgeridoo store has a workshop everyday at 11:00 to learn how to play it, why not going?? Better than staying at the hostel all day.
It was fun, but much harder than it look like when you see other playing. And playing the trumpet is not helping, have to keep your lips a lot looser for the didgeridoo... So now that I know (still going to need a lot of practice...) how to ply it, I had the perfect excuse to buy one ;)
It's going to be waiting for me on Florida, can't wait to go home for it :)
I spent the rest of the day doing laundry and packing, getting ready for the next part of my trip!!
