Yesterday was a long drive, and today is going to be an even longer one. 456miles to get to Yulara.
We got up early to get on the road and trying to arrive before sunset.
Before leaving Coober Pedy, we drove up the Big Winch, a lookout out point in the middle of the town, that a local told us about the night before, and we were on our way.
It actually took us 8h30 hours to arrive to our destination and I've never been so happy to get out of a car.
We made it, we're in the Red Center!! We are going to camp for two days in Yulara, the town (or more tourist resort center) next to the Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park.
And we are even early enough to catch the sunset over Uluru. It feel soo unreal to be there!!
Back to the campground and to bed early. We're going to get up at 5:00am to go see the sunrise over Uluru :)
We though that it would be nice and warm here, wrong!! It can be cold in the Red Center. During the day it's ok, but the temperature drop quite a lot at night, back on putting on layers of clothes!!
