Today is race day, soooooo excited!!!!!!
Finally at the right place at the right time to participate to a race!! It's in Summer, suburb of Christchurch.
It was very different from the US races...
There were a 2.5k for the kids, a 5k and a 10k. Everybody started at the same time, but no trouble making you way in the crowd since we were max 50 persons for all categories, really small race!!
The course was nice, along the beach, 2,5k loops. Yeah, that's right, I've run loops. Since I ran the 10k, I had to do 4 of them, and I have to say it's not my favorite kind of course... But at the same time I PR so no complain :)
After the race I spend some time relaxing on the beach, before heading back to Christchurch. Time for me to return the car, and go back on the bus tomorrow, direction Kaikoura.
